When should I arrive at the NATIONAL Parking location?
Arrive just 20 minutes before you want to be at your terminal. (Allow a little more time during holidays and school vacation.)

How do I check in?
When you arrive at the location, signs direct you to the self park area. With your guaranteed reservation, even if the “FULL” sign is up we’ll have a spot waiting for you. Take a claim ticket upon entering the facility, and follow the signs for Airport Parking.

How do I get from the parking location to the airport?
Our Shuttles leave for the Terminals approximately every five minutes. Our friendly drivers are there to assist you with your luggage. Tell the driver which airline you’re flying, and then sit back and relax. Within minutes you’ll be checking your bags.

What happens when I return?
After landing and retrieving your luggage, use the NATIONAL Courtesy Phone located in the baggage claim area to confirm where you will be picked up, and a shuttle will immediately be dispatched to you.

How do I pay for my parking?
Payment is made when you return from your trip. Retrieve your car and follow signs for the cashier’s booth by the exit. We accept all major credit cards.

Is car care available?
With reservation of 2 days or more, car care service is available. Expert interior and exterior car detailing is provided by Ace Appearance Center. Information regarding rates and reservations are available upon request.

How do I reserve a parking space?

What are the parking rates?
Parking rates are listed on the reservation page. Rates are calculated in 24-hour days with the start of your first day corresponding with your check-in time. A 15 minute grace period is allowed. There are no hourly rates.

NATIONAL is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to be ready for your early or delayed flights.
